Cancellation & Refunds Policy

(1) Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise which may necessitate the cancelling of your course. It is the intention of Stellar Divers Limited to never lose a customer; therefore every effort will be made to understand your cancellation reasons and facilitate a mutually satisfactory solution. We value our customers, we love Divers and we love to have fun.

If a cancellation is required then Stellar Divers policy allows you to cancel a course up to 7 days from your due start date and receive a full refund of monies paid less any deposit paid to secure materials. If you cancel or fail to complete a course once it has commenced then deductions may be made to cover costs and any monies refunded will be completely at the discretion of Stellar Divers Limited.

In the unlikely event that Stellar Divers Limited cancels a course that you have paid for in full then Stellar Divers will issue you a full refund of monies paid including any deposit, however if the cancellation is due to you being unable to meet the course pre requisites or meet course standards then Stellar Divers Limited reserve the right to decide what amount (if any) will be refunded.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have (such as consumer rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

(2) Returns Policy

Any materials/goods found to be defective within 72 hours of receipt from Stellar Divers Limited will be exchanged or a full refund given. Where an exchange is sought Stellar Divers Limited reserve the right to replace the items within 7 days of return of defective materials or goods. This is due to time delays in ordering new material or goods from our suppliers. Any materials/goods must be returned in a satisfactory condition and where possible in their original packaging, failure to do so may affect the level of refund given. Goods or materials which are found to be defective in some way must be returned to Stellar Divers Limited (at the address shown below) within 48 hours of the defect being identified.

Stellar Divers Limited reserves the right to make the final decision in any breach of the returns policy.

(3) Notification Policy

Please notify us if you require a refund, exchange or cancellation by e-mailing info@stellardivers.co.uk or in writing to our office address 4 Stirlin Court, Saxilby Enterprise Park, Saxilby, LN1 2LR giving sufficient information to identify you, the situation and any relevant information.

(4) Refund Policy

Once we have accepted the returned item or accepted your cancellation then any monies owing will be paid within 30 days, providing that all relevant conditions within provisions 1, 2 & 3 above have been met.

Stellar Divers reserves the right to choose the method by which the refund is paid.
