Oh what a great week of scuba!!

Well that’s a great weekend for sure, firstly congratulations to our youngest ever PADI Junior Open Water diver Kiera at just 10 years old! How fantastic, we are looking forward to many many more years of diving with you. Than you to Blue Lagoon Diving & Leisure for your as always fantastic hospitality.

PADI, Scuba, Lincoln, Open Water Ok I’m dizzy now!! This week we say welcome Ranjit, Mark & Jordan to your PADI Open Water course & well done to Ryan (welcome Back), Ruth, Mike, Sam, Kelly, Jack, Kayleigh & Harry on your PADI Open Water pool sessions. Lovely to meet Mary today our latest addition to PADI Master Scuba Diver fame, at 70+ (a lady never gives up her exact age) a fantastic well done, a great session in the pool with the maestro Richard, we look forward to spending some more time diving with you. Great to see Jo & Beth for a Sunday dip too, we hope to see you soon. A Beautiful Week of Diving

Couldn’t have put it better myself!! Well as this week warms up we look back on a busy week of diving & say welcome to Andy, Sharon, Kim, Debbie & Michal 5 fantastic PADI discover scuba dives, supported by Duncan, Dan, Steve T & Siân. We look forward to getting all five of you started on your PADI Open Water courses.

PADI Stellar Divers Scuba Lincoln Well done our current Open Water students, Harry, Arran, Kiera, Jack, Kayleigh, Kelly & Sam, a great session in the very seasoned hands of our Major, Lance & Vic supported by Richard & Alice, good to see Gary too.

Congratulations to Josh & Shannon qualifying as PADI Dry Suit divers at a sunny Blue Lagoon on Sunday afternoon, thank you Siân, Colin & Linda for being a great dive team.
We are at Blue Lagoon from 10am on Saturday, then in the pool Saturday evening 6-9pm, then in the pool Sunday 07:30 – 09:30 then back to Blue Lagoon for noon on Sunday oh and not forgetting a visit to Stoney Cove for 10am on Monday. Brilliant Rescue Course

The rescue course was absolutely brilliant! I can now understand why most divers say it’s one of the best courses. It changes the way we look at diving in general (in and out of the water). Thank you for this.

Just want to say thank you Stellar Divers for taking me through my open water and advanced open water courses, From the pool to Capernwray you guys have been fantastic, Vic and Hotch your team of instructors are the most friendly and professional group I have ever met. Quite an achievement

Myself and my daughter have been a member of Stellar divers for a couple of years, during which time we have completed a variety of different different courses. My most recent being the RNLI course and Emily completed her Rescue diver course and is now working towards junior dive master quite an achievement at 16 ! None of this would have been possible without the support and incredible knowledge of Hotch and his pro team. I cannot recommend Stellar divers highly enough and would advise anyone wishing to learn to dive to give them a call.

Changed my life

I’m blown away! I think stellar has changed my life. The discover scuba experience was something I did years ago abroad and I had a bad experience. So I plucked up the courage to try again 10 years on and rang Hotch at Stellar. They were incredible, so friendly and helpful. Now I’ve done it I just can’t stop thinking about diving. Ben was so professional and kind, roll on doing my PADI.

An awesome dive centre!

An awesome dive centre! Hotch, Vic and the whole team were so welcoming and patient, they all really went above and beyond to make the experience one I will remember forever. I joined Stellar Divers as a complete beginner and I’m now a qualified PADI open water diver. I’m so proud of this and I know I wouldn’t have been able to achieve it without all of the support from the Stellar team – thank you! Due to my own schedule being busy & me taking a break for a couple of months I got to work with a few different instructors. I found them all to be very knowledgeable, supportive and I felt safe diving with them. Whilst I was doing the course I went on a discovery dive in Cuba so I’ve seen first hand that not all PADI qualified instructors are as good as the ones I worked with at Stellar. I completed the course with a weekend of diving at Capernwray in November and I’d fully recommend it, even just for the social after!

What a Team

I’d just like to applaud the way Simon Hotchkin and Victoria Hotchkin have set up the Covid restrictions and allowing us to be able to dive. Brilliant to start my Divemaster course with Vicky Burton you were brilliant.

Hi Simon. First 2 open water dives today, including my first shark sighting. My instructor seems very happy with my skills, both in the pool yesterday and in the sea today. Stingrays & Bull Sharks!!

Hi Hotch it’s Alex thought I would give you an update on my open water dives I completed 1&2 yesterday the instructor was very happy with what I learnt from you guys, a big thank you for that. I got to see some moray eels, stingrays, a bull shark , loads of fish and coral reefs it was a very good experience with no issues. Knowledgable and Calming

“If anyone is thinking about taking up diving or just having a go, I can thoroughly recommend Stella Divers, I was very nervous about diving in deep water (anything above 1.5 meters!) Me and my friends had various instructors including, Vicky, Ian and Sian they were all amazing, they were patient, knowledgable and calming and when I did my open water qualification at Capernwray they managed to get me down to 14 meters ! I still can’t believe they did that, we also had an awesone time there, such a nice group of people. Thank you so much.”

Thanks again for a fantastic weekend, it’s not possible without the time, commitment and organisation you both put in with the rest of the dive team you have built. A Special Weekend

A very big thank you to all the team at Stellar Divers this weekend at Capernwray. We had such a warm welcome at the pub which continued through out the weekend.
