Plastic waste & other ocean pollution is not an old thing that will go away, it is with us here, today! With the Pandemic Ocean health may have taken a back seat in peoples minds BUT it is vital we act! So it is fantastic to see that the UN has started a decade long initiative of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development (2021-2030) to support efforts to reverse the cycle of decline in ocean health. You’ll be pleased to hear that PADI are a stakeholder through the Torchbearer Movement, and we will be involved to do our bit through our own Mission SALVATION.
